Beyoncé’s concert in Barcelona

After releasing her last album, Beyoncé has announced that she will be starting her ‘Renaissance World Tour’ soon with only 41 performances in Europe, within which only one is in Spain, concretely Barcelona.

On the 8th of June, you will be able to see her perform at the Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium, which is located just 10 minutes away from our hotel.

The American artist became known for her participation in the musical group ‘Destiny’s Child’ in the late 90s along with Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams.

In 2003, Beyoncé decided to break up with her group and start her solo career with the album ‘Dangerously In Love’; selling around 11 million copies worldwide.

Although the singer had not released a solo album for six years, she has never stopped releasing new music. In 2018, she released a joint album with her husband Jay-Z under the pseudonym ‘The Carters’ and a year later, she published the documentary ‘Homecoming’ and took part in the ‘Lion King’ soundtrack.

Surprisingly, last 29th of July, Beyoncé came back with ‘Renaissance’; an album inspired by house and disco music from the 80s and 90s.
