La Mercè festivity

From 21 to 24 September, Barcelona celebrates the town´s Fiesta Mayor, La Mercè. Four days with more than 500 free cultural activities, designed for all kinds of public, from families with children to groups of young people, couples and lovers of traditional Catalan culture, athletes….

To not get lost among so many events, here you can see them detailed day by day. The Portuguese capital is this year the guest city of La Mercè.

On September 24th, as the End of the celebration, do not miss the pyro-musical, one of the most awaited moments by the locals, a show of fire and colors accompanied by a soundtrack selected especially for the unique and unrepeatable show and all this at 5minutes walking from La França Travellers.
